Two days each year, our team steps out of the day-to-day to focus on connection, community, and the values that shape how we work together.
Day 1: Open House
We kicked things off with the Virtus Open House, an afternoon that brought our team and carrier partners together under one roof. It was a chance to strengthen relationships, share ideas, and celebrate the partnerships that power our success. The collaboration and energy in the room reflected what makes Virtus different — genuine relationships built on trust, performance, and shared purpose.
The highlight of the event was presenting a $20,000 donation to Amethyst Place, a Kansas City nonprofit that provides housing and support to families rebuilding their lives.
Day 2: Team Building & Recognition
The second day was about recharging and reconnecting. Teams kicked off the morning with activities of their choice — from golf to brunch — before heading to SERV for an awards ceremony and high-energy pickleball tournament.
Looking Ahead
