Virtus is proud to announce the launch of Virtus Aviation, a dedicated aviation insurance and risk advisory practice serving operators across the aviation and aerospace industry.
The practice is led by Aric Peters, a multi-engine, instrument-rated jet pilot and former global Vice President of Sales in the aviation sector. Aric brings more than 25 years of experience spanning aircraft operations, FAA certification, and global aviation programs across 77 countries.
Throughout his career, Aric has worked closely with corporate flight departments, MROs, charter operators, FBOs, and aviation manufacturers and has collaborated with government agencies such as the DoD and NASA. Most recently, he led global sales and certification efforts at Avcon Industries, overseeing hundreds of STCs and complex regulatory initiatives.
