I consider myself one of the luckiest guys in the world. I have the love of family and friends, health, happiness, an incredible career where I get to work with a talented team, and a great dog named Scout. After spending the majority of my life in Chicago, we permanently relocated to Austin, Texas in 2020. Goodbye winter!

What’s the best life lesson you’ve learned?

Surround yourself with people that have positive energy and avoid/eliminate the rest

What’s your proudest achievement?

Easy. Happily married for over 30 years to my best friend Dianna. The fact that our kids are hard working, high integrity young adults is a proud achievement as well

How do you spend your weekends?

Lots of exercise and reading. Spend a decent amount of time bugging my wife and streaming tv shows and movies together as well

What’s the best advice you were ever given?

Quantity of time with your children is more impactful than quality of time. They need to know that you are present in their lives!

What energizes you outside of work?

Watching the Majors and Ryder Cup. Being involved with charitable organizations is also very important to me.
