I have been in the insurance industry almost 40 years and love it! I coordinate with clients, carriers and vendors to design claims programs, coordinate claim strategy sessions, address and resolve claim issues, provide claim oversight and consultation to help reduce overall claims costs. My focus is to provide stellar client services with effective communications to bring claims to the best possible resolution. Training is an integral component of the claims management process which is put into practice daily to assist clients build their knowledge and comfort level with their claims program.

Why did you join Virtus?

Virtus is a dynamic agency with great opportunities in our industry which drew me to the company. The people are the best part as they are more like family than associates and are here to support each other in every situation.

How do you spend your weekends?

Weekends are full of time with family, friends, relaxing, gardening, home projects and living the dream called life.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?

My Mom always taught us to be fair, I take that into consideration everyday in working with clients, family, friends and people in general. Webster defines fair as: marked by impartiality and honesty : free from self-interest, prejudice, or favoritism. I take this to the next level and choose to do the right things for the right reasons.

Life energizes me everyday....to enjoy it and share life's experiences with others!
