Why did you join Virtus?

I was looking for a work environment that wasn't twice my age, one that would listen to new ideas and take risks on innovative projects. Feels like I've found it!

How do you spend your weekends?

Working on house projects -- Digging up tree stumps, building a fire pit, and collecting lumber to build a privacy fence out of have been my "big three" lately.

What energizes you outside of work?

I love the feeling of payoff when I accomplish something I've been working towards. Knowing I'm making progress on my goals is usually enough to keep me motivated on those goals and other new ones.
