I spent most of my adult life in central Arkansas working as an agribusiness accountant. Our family moved to Kansas City at the end of 2019 after my husband commissioned as an officer in the Army. I quickly realized I would need to be closer to family during those times when he will be away serving our country. I am passionate about the fight against hunger, children knowing they are loved and growing God's kingdom so most of my free time is spent trying to make an impact in those areas.
